Each nomination is an independent track with its own theme, context and evaluation criteria. You may submit a project to one or to both nominations — each project is registered separately.

01

Apartment Building of the Future

A concept for a residential building that rethinks the everyday experience of its residents: layout, shared space, connection to the street, energy efficiency and scenarios of daily life. The site and context are chosen by the author — this leaves room for bold hypotheses and for testing universal principles.
